InterContinental Dubai Festival City celebrated Pierre’s TT being awarded two toques by Gault&Millau UAE and Hervé Lorit being named Restaurant Manager of the Year.

An experienced manager, Hervé Lorit is now the two-time winner of this award. He runs the operations at Pierre’s TT in Dubai Festival City, which has held two toques for two years, and is the Dubai outpost of legendary chef Pierre Gagnaire’s stable of restaurants.
